Frost Free Hose Bib, What type of hose bib would you recommend to install?

11 Jan, 2020 | Return|

When we build a home from scratch we always recommend installing a frost-free hose bib. Frost-free hose bibs function similarly as a regular hose bib. The biggest difference is that the length of the valve, which also depends on the thickness of your outside wall 10" is average. When it is installed outside it turns off inside of the house where it's room temperature. it is also designed to drain water from the outside in order to prevent freezing.
